The players’ movement seem a bit more stilted, and the players aren’t as recognisable. It’s not that Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 is an ugly game – not by a long shot – but it can’t really compete with FIFA. Players are recognisable from the way they move, and if you squint, it’s like watching real football on the TV – especially as now real matches have EA Sports branding everywhere. There’s no question that the way the players move, and the overall presentation is immaculate in FIFA 17.
